Shipping & Delivery Policy
Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed before 2:30 PM (IST) are usually processed and shipped the same day.

Free standard shipping is available on:
– Domestic orders above ₹5,000
– International orders above ₹20,000

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. Some remote areas may take longer. Delays due to factors like courier restrictions, strikes, or adverse weather are beyond our control.

Delivery Timelines (India)

Metro Cities: 2–5 working days
Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 working days
Remote Areas / Villages: 7–10 working days

Delivery Partners

Our trusted courier partners deliver across India. Customers are usually required to sign for deliveries. Contactless delivery can be requested. Please note that delivery is not a named service, so anyone present at the delivery address may sign for the parcel.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver, up to 3 attempts will be made. If still undelivered after 5 days without communication, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

Packaging

Orders are shipped in eco-friendly, 100% recyclable boxes with no indication of contents for discreet delivery. We currently do not offer gift wrapping or special packaging.

Peak Season Notice

During festive seasons, sales, or promotions, order processing may take slightly longer. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.

International Orders

We ship worldwide to over 100 countries. All shipments are sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

Customs duties, taxes, and clearance charges (if any) will be borne by the customer.

Charges vary depending on the destination country — please check with your local customs office before placing an order.

Cross-border shipments are subject to customs inspection.

In case of non-delivery due to refusal or failure to pay import charges, the order will be returned, and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

REFUND POLICY

We accept returns only if the product is defective, damaged during transit, or if you have received the wrong item.

Requests for return must be made within 7 days of delivery by contacting our customer support team with order details and supporting images.

Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact. Items that show signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be eligible for return.

Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Shipping charges, customs duties, and handling fees (if any) are non-refundable.

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to get a different product, please place a new order after your return has been processed.
